Established in 1970, Personnel Appointments was the first recruitment company in Guernsey. With almost 40 years of thriving business, Personnel Appointments has successfully adapted to meet the ever-changing needs of the job market and economic climate of the Island.

Mireille Woodcock | Consultant
Mireille is highly regarded in the recruitment business; she has an excellent reputation as one of the most successful Directors in the 30 year history of Personnel Appointments. When the present management acquired the company in late 2007, Mireille remained as an advisor to the company and her knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm are invaluable to the team and our Clients.
Anton Borovikov - Associate Director
Anton, is highly experienced in financial recruiting. He has more than 8 years of Corporate Banking and more than 10 years as a specialised recruiter. Anton, appointed as an Associate Director in 2009 brings a specialist knowledge in banking and wealth management. He brings expertise to our client base with business interests in Russia and Eastern Europe for both mid to high level searches and placements. Anton is also responsible for our client base in CIS countries.
Sally Mcauliffe - Director
Sally was appointed Director in 2009 and has been involved with the group since 2004. She is responsible for the company finance and successfully manages the administration and accounts for the Group.
Karen Magee - Accounts
Karen, manages day to day financial administration and has been working for the Company since 2008
Rebecca Jowitt
Rebecca joined the company in 2010 as a resourcing assistant.
