- Our client specialises in offering life-insurance-based wealth management and employee benefit solutions to a global audience is seeking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator. This role is also open to A Level school leavers or graduates.
Key responsibilities will include;
•Handling of communications with customers via email, telephone and by video call;
•Setting customer expectations, taking the initiative and adopting a "can do" attitude;
•Ensuring that our customers are provided with clear information, are treated fairly and kept appropriately informed;
•Handling communication with intermediaries (brokers, introducers) in relation to customer enquiries or instructions;
•Providing help on company products and administrative services to business introducers, customers and the company’s Regional Offices;
•Ensuring that courteous, comprehensive and effective responses are provided within the agreed service standards, quickly identifying and documenting any customer concerns and referring complaints for management attention;
•Control and monitoring of further queries raised by our customers and providing information to help with customer instructions;
The successful candidate will be:
•A dynamic individual wanting a new challenge within the Finance sector and looking to develop Insurance experience, as well as those with existing customer servicing experience
•A good proficiency in English and Maths
•Intermediate computer skills with capabilities in Word & Excel.
•Customer Focus: able to communicate clearly and in a manner that inspires customer confidence
•Spanish or other language speaker will be beneficial but is not necessary
