- Our client is a global advisory, administration and family office firm providing seamless legal, fiduciary and fund administration services to private, corporate and institutional clients across multiple jurisdictions is seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager - Fund Services.
Key responsibilities will include;
•Responsibility for managing risk in the team, by reviewing processes and ensuring that adequate controls are in place to mitigate risk.
•Monitoring the control environment & culture to ensure that controls are effective and efficient.
•Act as director or alternate director to client boards (if required)
•Drafting of company’s policies and procedures
•Lead the take on (and off board) of clients - to include the relevant regulatory application to the Guernsey Regulator)
•To act as Nominated Officer (if required)
•Band “A” signatory
•Review WIP against Administration/Master Service agreements to determine increase/decrease in fees
•Draft Administration/Master Service Agreement for each new client
•To assist and oversee the day-to-day operational duties of the office
•Responsible for management of staff, to include performance reviews
•General support of staff members to include professional study
•Assist/Participate with Business Development
The successful candidate will have:
•A relevant professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA) or at least 10 years’ experience in the Fund industry
•Technical Financial Services knowledge
•People management experience
•Prior experience of running large/multiple client relationships
•Possess proven planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities together with being able to work under pressure and communicate effectively
