Description
Our client is a private bank seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant. This is a Part time and temporary (6 months’ contract). Working hours for this role will be 12-5pm Mondays to Fridays, 25 hours per week.

Overall purpose of the role:

To provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Executive Committee of the bank.

Key responsibilities will include:

•Daily organisation and support for Executive Committee
•Controlling expenses in respect of travel and organising business travel and accommodation
•Recording travel on spreadsheet for SIM records and keeping them updated on a weekly basis
•Organising taxi bookings
•Organising catering for meetings
•Organising external meetings
•Assisting with updating content on online platform and website
•Minute taking for meetings & collating documentation for meeting packs
•Filing
•Social arrangements
•Secretarial assistance as and when required for all staff

The successful candidate will have:

•Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
•Minute taking experience is essential.
