- Our client is an international stock exchange providing a responsive and innovative listing facility for international companies to raise capital from investors based around the globe seeking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Manager.
Overall purpose of the role:
The jobholder will work collaboratively with the Head of Communications and the Marketing Coordinator to enhance the amount, range and quality of marketing communications in order to ensure that the Exchange maintains and advances its profile in its current and future markets.
Key responsibilities will include:
•The maintenance and enhancement of the company’s social media accounts to ensure that there are regular relevant communications through these platforms as a way to raise the Exchange’s profile in those forums, engage with their audiences and drive increased traffic to the company’s website;
•The monitoring of company’s media coverage and online footprint, including reputation management and profile advancement, for example through organic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and targeted Google advertising campaigns;
•The origination, development and production of brochures, flyers, process guides, case studies and other marketing collateral based on the feedback of the business development team and to assist their work with (potential) clients across various different products and geographies;
•The coordination of drafting and distribution of Member Notices.
The successful candidate will have:
•A proven track record in marketing and communications.
•Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
•A relevant professional qualification, for example from Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
•Experience of the financial sector is desirable, but not essential.
