- Our client is a private bank seeking to recruit an EDM Administrator (Electronic Document Management). This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 12 months.
Overall purpose of the role:
To provide an efficient scanning, indexing and archiving service for any given records on behalf of the Bank, and support with all facilities teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Preparation of documentation for electronic scanning e.g. adding meta data (search criteria)
•Scanning and indexing documentation
•Filing of records
•Distribution of payment requests to Relationship / Account Managers
•Assist with sorting Daily/Monthly statements and advices
The successful candidate will be:
•Someone who has previous scanning experience within a Bank.
•Good administration skills are essential for this role.
