- Our client is a financial services company seeking to recruit a Front of House Administrator. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of around 2 months.
Key responsibilities will include;
•Meeting Room ‘management’, tidiness, replenishing stocks etc. tea & coffee-making for visitors as required.
•First point of call for visitors, signing in and out
•First point of call for couriers and other deliveries
•Answering all incoming calls
•Co-ordination of documentation awaiting signature. (Documents requiring signing can be left with them ready for the client to pop in and sign without having to wait around)
•Events assistance, i.e. chasing people for attendance confirmation. Prepping staff room for month end social events etc.
•Data inputting projects as required
•Basic technical assistance – getting meeting rooms ready with laptop for presentations etc
•Post opening on a Wednesday plus holiday cover as required
•Prepping outgoing post ready for TPS collection
•Ad-hoc jobs – restocking stationary, running documents to different companies in the building, re-ordering stationery and general office suppliers such as tea/coffee (from Amazon)
•Liaising with cleaners
The successful candidate will have:
•Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
•Good IT skills
•Excellent front of house skills
•Excellent time management skills
