- Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit an Administrator - Compliance and Risk.
Overall purpose of the role:
To provide support to the Compliance and Risk team to ensure compliance procedures and processes are adhered to and in line with the company’s standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
•To provide administrative support and assistance to the Assistant Manager, the Senior Manager and other team members, including the Compliance and Risk Department as appropriate.
•Actively ensure queries from all members of staff are dealt with effectively
•Actively ensure appropriate service standards and company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
•Assist with the maintenance and development of the CMP, including scanning, photocopying and filing
•Assist with the preparation and in some case the submission of various regulatory submissions, including those to the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) and any other submissions where appropriate or instructed to undertake. Duties include:
•Undertake annual risk reviews of client entities as required ensuring that all CDD and documentation is in place.
The successful candidate will have:
•3 years’ experience of working in compliance & risk
•3 years’ experience of working in an office environment in particular within the CTSP industry
•Good understanding of the Guernsey
•Regulatory Framework and FCP Statutory Legislation
•Good academic background
•Professional Diploma in either Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Financial Crime Prevention or working towards
