- Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit an Office Administrator.
Overall purpose of the role:
The job holder will undertake administrative tasks to enable the smooth running of the office and to ensure that all staff have adequate support to work effectively.
Responsibilities include monitoring stocks of office supplies and placing orders, opening daily post and scanning, assisting in the delivery of internal post, providing cover for reception and conducting clerical duties such as filing, scanning and answering phone calls.
The successful candidate will be:
•Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard.
•Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
•Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills together with a good knowledge of Microsoft office are also required.
