- Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Trainee Office Administrator. This is an ideal role for someone to then move into other areas within the business after 12-18 months.
Overall purpose of the role:
This role involves general office administration duties for all departments. Due to the size of the operation, the role necessitates a wide range of responsibilities. Responsibilities will include general office administration and support for all departments. The incumbent will report to the HR and Central Services Coordinator.
Key responsibilities will include:
•Organising outgoing mail and liaising with courier companies;
•Scanning and electronic storage of documents and updating databases;
•Opening and closing of physical files;
•Collecting mail from 3rd parties;
•Depositing cheques with banks and collecting petty cash;
•Acting as a messenger;
•General administration duties;
•Dealing with administrative data tasks relating to client structures;
•Scrutinising, interrogating and updating databases;
The successful candidate will be:
•A recent school or college leaver, ideally with some office administration experience and an aptitude for organisation and detail.
•This is an ideal role for someone to then move into other areas within the business after 12-18 months.
