- Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit an HR administrator.
Overall purpose of the role:
Assisting with external training, probationary assessments and monitoring absences as well as the preparation of Guernsey payrolls and annual appraisals.
The successful candidate will have:
•A minimum of two years’ relevant HR generalist experience and educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent and hold or be willing to study towards CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR practice.
•An understanding of Guernsey’s employment legislation, excellent verbal and written communication skills and sound Word and Excel skills are also required.
