- Our client is a leading global provider of risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage solutions seeking to recruit a Risk and Compliance Administrator.
Overall purpose of the role:
Overall purpose of this role is to support the Risk and Compliance department and client service teams by fulfilling the role specific and general responsibilities set out below.
Key responsibilities will include;
•Attend scheduled check-ins and co-ordinate compliance work completed by the client service teams
•Be the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (“GFSC”) portal access co-ordinator
•Approving / actioning pending counterparties, managing and monitoring of user rights, running scans, checks and maintaining operational procedures and forms for both systems
Ensuring that risk reviews are conducted in accordance with the risk review process
•Recording reviews on the client entity database
•Actively promoting good corporate governance and a ‘compliance culture’ within the company
•Providing assistance on risk and compliance matters to senior management and colleagues as required from time to time
The successful candidate will have:
•General administration and / or experience within a risk and compliance function at a Guernsey financial services business would be beneficial but not necessary.
