- Our client is a leading law firm seeking to recruit a Senior Business Development & Marketing Executive.
Overall purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Business Development Manager in Guernsey and Head of Business Development in London. To provide business development and marketing expertise to the company’s Channel Islands and London offices. This is a particularly varied and interesting role, covering multiple jurisdictions and working with a fast growing and dynamic team. The candidate must be enthusiastic and a self –starter with good administrative, interpersonal and organisational skills. The role encompasses all aspects of the business development and marketing mix.
Key responsibilities will include;
•To develop a good understanding of the strategic objectives of the European business and to work with the practice team's partners and colleagues in order to support them in achieving these objectives.
•To work with practice teams to help drive forward, implement and track activity relating to the regional business plans.
•Working with the European BD team to support all elements of both the in person and virtual BD, marketing and communications mix.
The successful candidate will have:
•Good grounding and solid experience in business development and marketing, ideally gained in a law firm or other professional services firm.
•Be educated to degree level, at a minimum.
•Knowledge of CRM systems (particularly Interaction) and basic financial analysis an advantage
