Our client is a direct-to-consumer nutritional supplements company seeking to recruit a Paid Social Manager. This role is also open for candidates who are based in the UK to work in house or remotely through company’s branch in the UK.

Overall purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Paid Social Manager will be responsible for the creation, implementation and reporting of paid social campaigns across all ranges and platforms. With the help of the Brand Marketing Manager, they will instigate the plan and deliver the campaigns to support the awareness, consideration and conversion KPI.

The Paid Social Manager will need to work very closely with the rest of the Brand Marketing team to ensure that the social campaigns complement the rest of the ATL plans, as well as supporting on other key initiatives such as partnership content and influencer activity.

The successful candidate will live and breathe social, with their finger on the pulse of what’s trending. They will be naturally curious, always seeking out best practice examples, and love to break down barriers with new ways of doing things. They will manage the day-to-day implementation of their paid social media, with a focus on delivering their defined Social KPIs.

The successful candidate will have:

•Demonstrable social media management, including setting up, optimising and reporting on paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
•2+ years’ directly relevant experience
•An instinctive know-how for what makes an engaging social media campaign and how to deliver. Consumer centric
•An understanding of the role social media activity plays in the customer experience of the brand
•Proven track record of efficiently managing budgets and being able to react quickly accordingly to changes
•A good general understanding of basic marketing principles

Desirable criteria:

•Holds a business-related degree or appropriate digital marketing, advertising qualification from the Chartered institute of marketing or Digital Marketing Institute
•An interest in health, fitness or nutritional supplements
•Experience in social influencer marketing
•Interest in editing (photoshop/video editing)
