- Our client is an independent, family-owned business with over three decades experience in international wealth structuring and administration seeking to recruit a Fund Administrator/ Senior Fund Administrator. This role is also open for candidates who are looking for contract, permanent or part time hours.
Overall purpose of the role:
To undertake fund administration, bookkeeping and reporting for a portfolio of active venture capital funds. The administrator will be expected to provide accurate well-presented client and internal deliverables within the agreed deadlines in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
Key responsibilities will include;
•Receive and tend to investment recommendations from the Investment Advisors;
•Complete investment checklists to evaluate if the investment recommendation falls within the Funds’ rules;
•Review and arrange execution of investment documentation;
•Input payments for settlement of investment trades;
•Liaise with portfolio companies to obtain documents of title;
•Maintain Custody registers within statutory deadlines;
•Preparation of expense/receipt checklist for third party invoices
The successful candidate will have:
•1-2 years’ relevant experience in financial services, with funds experience being preferable
•Holds or be studying towards a recognised professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA or ACA
•Strong Excel and other Microsoft application skills
