- Our client is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit a Manager / Senior Manager, Fund Administration.
Overall purpose of the role:
Lead and develop a team of Fund Administrators, as well as engage with clients, schedule workflows and deliver work to the required standard. Adherence to company’s policies and procedures and delivering an exceptional client service is required.
Key responsibilities will include;
•‘A signatory’
•Member of the Management Committee.
•Management of a team of Fund Administrators with management responsibilities including training and development, managing performance, team appraisals, reviewing timesheets, approving holiday and recruitment.
•New Business – risk assessments for new clients, establishing entities on Guernsey Registry.
•Establishment of new funds/companies – completion of checklists and filings on Guernsey Registry.
•Fund Closures.
•Monitoring the Group email account and delegating tasks to team members.
•Reviewing transaction packs.
•Authorising payments.
•Completion of subscription/investment documents.
•Preparing and reviewing board packs for quarterly meetings.
The successful candidate will have:
•Minimum of 10 years fund administration experience
•Hold a relevant professional qualification
•Strong people management skills and experience
