- Our client specialises in the structuring, establishment, and administration of a wide range of International Pension Plans and Employee Benefit Solutions is seeking to recruit a Pension Administrator.
Key responsibilities will include;
•Day to day administration of a variety of Trust, Company and Pension related structures including inter alia, International Pensions Plans, RATS, QNUPS and FURBS created or incorporated, as appropriate, in various jurisdictions together with associated fiduciary services.
•Effecting account reconciliations, payments (using Bank ‘live’ payments systems) and invoicing in addition to liaison with bankers and intermediaries.
•General administration including the maintenance of statutory records, tax records, completion of minutes and file notes where necessary.
•Assisting with the completion of periodic client reviews.
•Ensuring compliance with appropriate internal, professional and regulatory standards, including those of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, and ensuring that appropriate Anti Money Laundering procedures are adhered to at all times.
•Organising and prioritising workload in order to meet strict deadlines.
•Ad hoc duties as required, to support the relevant Manager/Director and other team members.
The successful candidate will have:
•Experience in a Fiduciary/Financial Services environment.
•The ability to communicate effectively to build mutually beneficial and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
•Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook. A working knowledge of ‘Acumen’ database is desirable but training will be provided if necessary.
•The ideal candidate will be working towards a professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA, or will be prepared to commence such a qualification at an early opportunity.
