Our client is a leading Guernsey-based super yacht crew employment and payroll service provider is seeking to recruit a Trainee Crewing Administrator.

Overall purpose of the role:

The Trainee Crewing Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Crewing Team with the day- to-day running of the crew employment and payroll functions.

Key responsibilities will include;

•Maintenance of crew records and vessel data
•Preparation of reports and records, as and when required
•Drafting and finalising of crew employment contracts and all relevant documentation in respect of the employment of crew members
•Liaising with other internal departments to ensure smooth and timely payments to all crew

The successful candidate will have:

•A keenness to develop theoretical and practical knowledge of the international and national seafarer certification regulations.
•Computer literacy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
