Our client specialises in offering life-insurance-based wealth management and employee benefit solutions to a global audience is seeking to recruit a Reconciliations Administrator, Guernsey.

Key responsibilities will include;

•Completion of reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner within set deadlines.
•Distribution of reconciliations in a timely manner to the relevant business areas
•Evidenced chasing of outstanding items with the business areas and monitoring of outstanding items within a reasonable timeframe.
•Checking of balances and investigation of any discrepancies
•Liaison with the business areas to clear outstanding entries/obtain statements
•Ensuring any problems/issues ae communicated promptly to the Reconciliations Manager
•Knowledge of AutoRek relevant to role and to provide assistance with the testing of any upgrades to the AutoRek system.

The successful candidate will have:

•Understanding of the reconciliation process.
•Highly competent user of AutoRek
•Competent user of Microsoft Office and SQL systems
•Time management and accuracy skills
